In order to ensure that materials are delivered on time as per the contract and in line with the schedule, we have a dedicated expediting department for perfect coordination and synchronization of processes.
Expediting activities are systematically carried out according to a pre-defined procedure that keeps the work process under control by means of periodic control of the manufacturing and supplying schedules.
During the surveillance, activities follow a specific check list that includes :
Review of the order content and evaluation of supplier’s production capability.
Review of contractual terms
Availability of the necessary material for production and review the scheduled time of arrival.
Review of expediting activities of the suppliers and vendors.
Review of documents related to production and inspection.
Actual production status and the production schedule, evaluation and review of the necessary time required for preparation of material for shipment, after final inspection.
After review of the above points the results are entered into the system that enables us to efficiently control the activities. We also keep the clients updated on the status of the order on regular basis.
